Hello my name is Tamika St.Cyr, I have been a Transaction Coordinator for 17 years. I have been a real estate agent, to a team leader for one of the top producing teams for Keller William but eventually found my love for owning my own business. Me and my team truly enjoy working with our clients and seeing everyone to the finish line. We have implemented systems that remind all parties of contractual timelines and keep everyone on the same goal for closing. We make sure all files are in compliance prior to closing and when we close all clients have all necessary documents.
